Subject: Complaint regarding Pending Settlements
Dear Monnify Customer Support,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the pending settlement of my transactions from the 16th and 17th of last month, which have not been resolved until now. I would like to request your immediate attention to this matter in order to rectify the situation promptly.
I have been a loyal customer of Monnify for a considerable period of time and have always appreciated the efficiency and reliability of your services. However, the delayed settlement of my transactions has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain for my business. I kindly request that you prioritize the resolution of this matter as soon as possible.
Considering the delay in settling my transactions, I kindly request one of the following actions be taken:
Expedite the settlement process: I kindly request that you process the pending settlements from the 16th and 17th of last month immediately. This will ensure that the funds are transferred to my account without any further delay.
Provide a Complaint Tracking ID: If it is not possible to expedite the settlement, I kindly request that you provide me with a Complaint Tracking ID. This will enable me to escalate my complaint to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). I believe that involving the CBN will help in expediting the resolution process and ensure that my concerns are addressed adequately.
I value the relationship I have with Monnify and would like to continue using your services with confidence. However, the current situation has caused me to question the reliability of your settlement system. I sincerely hope that you understand the urgency of this matter and take immediate action to resolve it.
