I have been contacting your support email and no response at all.
For how long would you hold my money ?? This is seriously discouraging. Why would you keep 200k + from disbursing it for me???

I contacted email support and no response.Sincerely speaking, monnify is having the worst customer service experience I've ever known.
A big platform like this should at least take their customers experience seriously.
This is why alot of vtu owners are fadeup with monnify. Am very sure if another platform is to come out with same features as monnify, 90% of your users will run there because of your lack of customer support.
How do I contact you please. Because i have emailed you severally but no response at all

I disbursed to my GTB and it hasn’t reflected on my GTB bank. I want to know if GTB bank is safe for now or I should change my disbursed bank. However, when am I going to get what I disbursed.
