Successful transfer but wallet not credited

I tried crediting my Sterling bank account from my Opay account. , the transaction was successful but the wallet wasn't credited till now. My details are outlined below for your perusal and swift resolution; Account Number: 8998939505 Account Name(s): MFY / Gladtidingsdata-Oye Session ID: 100004230611131954104530839769 Amount sent: ₦5,425.   I don't know what is wrong with this your sterling bank, please try and rectify it..I funded my wallet using my opay account,the transaction was successfully but it does not reflect on my wallet...this is the details for the transaction

  please i transferred/refund money to online loan app which they claim they didnt receive the money. kindly assist to trace where the money is and if there can be a possible refund incase it hanged. this is urgent please.
