TRANSFER TO MONNIFY ACCOUNT BUT RECIPIENT NOT CREDITED
hello I initiated two separate transfers to two monnify accounts, i have been debited but the accounts have not been credited.
The account numbers and transfer sums are below:

Good morning. I wanted to make a transaction to a wema account and i mistakenly make the transfer to a wema monify account with this account number 9150383111 Mfy/ fundy. I made the transfer of #16350. From my OPAY account of 7051457921 oluwatimilehin Titus yusuf. I'll be glad if this money i reverse as soon as possible.

Hello, anytime I make transfer with mom Ify it never reflects I made a transfer of #27850 on the 6th of June to the account number 8997457321 account name MFY/GUO Transport-wal it never reflected till today I complained to GUO they didn’t do anything and now I just made another payment of #3150 to account number 7998440157 account name VTpass-VTP and also it didn’t reflect is this how monnify take people’s money? These transactions were both from my OPay Account 8022828864 please look into this I need refund.
