Transaction Notification Information Status Failed (TEST)

I have been testing out my webhook with monnify and i have followed all due and best practices and been testing it out little did i know that most of my test transactions notification status were indicating failed on my dashboard but the funny thing is that my webhook keeps catching the transaction but monnify keeps saying it's failed as of now i have 42 successful event logs and 31 failed event logs, please i want to know whats causing this or is it a glitch from monnify's end?

I keep getting this error message on my dashboard response section: Unable to complete notification request; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: timeout

  [SOLVED]: I responded with the status code 200 by:

   res.send(200); // According to express js
