Transaction Successful but wallet not credited.

Hello, on October 12th 4:06pm I sent a sum total of #10,000 from my Baxi account to a BangBet virtually generated Sterling bank account (Virtually Created Account Number: 9074328642, Account Name: Sterling Bank MFY/Bangbet-Ban) However the money did not reflect on my bangbet account. I sent several messages to my bank (Baxi) complaining, they told me that it was a successful transaction and even gave me a session I.D. (110023231012160627681284604773 That is the session I.D). I even reached out to Bangbet and I was told to contact Monnify that the money is not with Bangbet. It has been almost 48 hours and my funds have not been refunded nor reversed. And that is just unfair. Please return my money, I need it. #10,000 is not a joke.

  Please note that the transaction 110023231012160627681284604773 was rejected because the amount you were trying to pay differs from the payable amount generated by the system.

  Kindly be informed that an automatic refund has been processed back to the source account.

  Hello, on march 20 I sent a total amount of 1000 naira from my first bank account to wema bank account virtually with the account number 7151426240 and account name ASASDATA but is not reflecting on my wallet
