Transaction successful but did not reflect in my wallet

I make transfer of 10,000 naira on the 15/10/2023 by 5:17 pm and it shows transaction successful but did not reflect in my wallet. Account number I used was moniepoint 6190560343 please help me with the transaction id number please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 help my
