Transaction SUCCESSFUL, wallet not credited

Dear Monnify, I made a deposit of 10 Thousand Naira from Access Bank to this account number : 8133112690 WEMA BANK MFY/MASCAWASUBAPI-JAY For over 10 hours , this money was debited But never Credited to the above wallet. I have contacted Both ACCESS AND WEMA BANKS and they said the money has left their accounts to the purported destination. Reason why I'm contacting you. . Thanks as I await your speedy response
