Transaction successful but uncredited wallet

I transferred 480 naira to this sterling account 9005078093 with a Session Id of 031ugppl59200 since yesterday afternoon and it still hasn't been resolved, please fix it

  I made a payment of 4100 naira to this account number 9601635717 Sterling Bank. It debited me but it is not showing in my portal that I have paid.
