I've diligently followed all the necessary steps to activate my business account and transition it into Test mode. However, despite my efforts, certain documents, including the Business Registration Documents and Board Members/Directors' Information, are still pending verification after several weeks.

This delay has put my business operations on hold, as my website requires a verified Monnify account or an activated one to generate account numbers and accept payments from my customers.

I kindly request a prompt review and activation of my account to resolve this issue. I understand that delays can occur, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.
