Urgent: Issue with Transfer Charges in Monnify Wallet

Dear Monnify Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have encountered with my Monnify wallet , I transfer the sum of 510000 wrongly instead of 51000 I contact the customer support agent of the glad tidings data they debited the money from my wallet and say Monnify will reverse the money to my personal account
