Transaction successfully but value not received

I made a transaction of #56000 to 5063043365 mfy/Magnet lending limited-Ibr sterling Bank account from my Baxi POS machine around 9:18 am on Saturday 17th August... Which read successful but failed to reflect on my goget credit account. Here is the reply I get from Baxi customer service. "Please be informed that the transaction of 56,000 which was carried out on Aug 17, 2024, 9:18:51 AM has been confirmed as successful with session id- 100037240817091851240817624640 You are required to share the session-id with the customer to assist in tracing the payment via his/her bank."
