successfully transferred money for waec scratch card keeps saying Not yet received

I transferred 3800 naira for my WAEC Scratch card purchase and it has been confirmed by my bank that the money has been deposited successfully into the account I sent to by name: MFY / Logics and webs-Pay | 8114839161 (wema bank). Yet I tap on “I’ve transferred the money” on your payment website and it keeps saying not received yet.
