Money not reflected in my customer account

I made a transaction to my wallet( with username mayor3310) and they debit my bank account immediately and it was successfully but it doesn't reflect on my wallet. The issue occur on 23rd and I have provided the proof for the payment. Please help me attends to this issue!!!
