Not able to retrieve my money

On August 28th, I sent 25,000 naira to my wife's monnify account Olamiposi Itunu ...691. But she couldn't get the money. We have since that time tried to get the money; we have sent multiple emails yet no response from you. The money was meant to solve an emergency issue
