I am having issues transferring money to my local bank account

Please help me to do that please at least put in another settlement account for me like Opay uba and other bank accounts and please approve my settlement account update please

  I have issues on February 26, 2025 in which the sum of N137,000 transfered from my GTB account to fair money was credited into its deactivated account @ Sterling bank and immediately initiated a recall on which nothing was done on the recall till date. Why has fair money not removed the deactivated account from their operational wall since year 2024 or allow it to remain in attempt to dupe unsuspecting clients/customers. Please give this complaints the prompt attention it deserves. Thanks.
